Employee Investigation – Scope & Exclusions
Scope:
- Investigation of minor to moderate employee conduct or behavioural issues.
- Interviews with relevant staff (generally 2–3 people).
- Review of documentation and evidence provided by the Client.
- Findings summary and recommended next steps.
Exclusions:
- Legal advice or representation.
- Complex or multi-party disputes that require a full workplace investigation.
- Drafting of show-cause or termination letters (available separately).

Serious Misconduct Investigation – Scope & Exclusions
Scope:
- Investigations involving serious misconduct (e.g. safety breaches, dishonesty, serious policy breaches).

- Detailed evidence analysis and comprehensive findings report.
Exclusions:
- Legal representation or advocacy.
- Completion of NDIS reportable incident documentation (Client retains responsibility).
- Mediation between parties following investigation outcomes.

Full Workplace Investigation – Scope & Exclusions
Scope:
- Complex or multi-staff matters (e.g. bullying, harassment, culture issues).

- Full written report with findings and recommendations.
Exclusions:
- Ongoing case management beyond the investigation.
- Legal or industrial advocacy.

Exclusions:
- Support for any operational or clinical NDIS modules.
- Full preparation of all evidence by Core HR unless quoted separately.

Extra HR Advisory Hours – Scope & Exclusions
Scope:
- Additional HR advisory time added to your existing package allocation.
