Ongoing HR partnership and advisory support for NDIS and community sector providers. Your Enterprise plan includes bundled HR advisory hours, access to key HR resources and support with day-to-day people matters.

  • Regular HR advice on performance, conduct, contracts and HR processes.
  • Support focused on HR & workforce obligations (Fair Work and NDIS workforce).
  • Service delivered via email, phone and virtual meetings, with onsite visits as agreed.

Use your Enterprise hours for everyday HR queries – performance and conduct issues, contracts, letters, roster or structure changes, basic policy questions and general HR advice for managers.

We’ll triage each matter and let you know if it sits within your plan hours or needs to move to an agreed add-on scope.

Your Enterprise package includes Core HR’s 7 Essential Policy Suite plus access to the HR Templates Library (45+) for use within your organisation.

  • Employee-facing policies to support safe and respectful workplaces.
  • Editable letters, forms and checklists aligned with Core HR policies.
  • Internal-use licence for your organisation, as outlined in your CSA.

Investigations & complex matters

Formal investigations, serious misconduct, reportable conduct and complex grievance or complaint matters are delivered under a separate investigation scope of work and are not covered by standard Enterprise hours.

Add-on · NDIS HR audit & extras

NDIS HR audit & extra advisory

Your Enterprise plan includes HR advice focused on the HR module only of NDIS audits. Broader NDIS audit preparation, evidence collation or support across other modules is treated as an add-on service.

Scope of your Enterprise HR partnership

  • Advice on performance, conduct, behaviour and low-risk grievances.
  • Guidance on contracts, letters and employment variations.
  • Support with HR processes, documentation and manager coaching.
  • General advice on Fair Work and NDIS workforce obligations.

Matters are managed within your Enterprise hours unless we agree that a formal investigation or project scope is required.

  • Formal workplace investigations and serious misconduct matters.
  • NDIS reportable conduct investigations and high-risk cases.
  • HR training sessions, leadership coaching or group workshops.
  • Workforce planning, restructure projects or major change programs.

These services are quoted separately, with a clear scope of work and pricing agreed before work begins.

NDIS HR audit support – HR module only Important

Enterprise HR support focuses on the HR and workforce-related components of NDIS audits (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, training, supervision and HR records).

Support with other NDIS modules, full mock audits or comprehensive audit preparation packs is offered as an add-on service and will be scoped separately.
