This page explains how your Core HR package and Add-On services are billed, how invoices are issued, and what to do if you have a question about a charge. All billing arrangements are subject to your Client Service Agreement (CSA).

Overview · How billing works

Your Core HR billing overview

Core HR Solutions invoices your organisation for your HR support package and any approved Add-On services. Invoices are issued via Square under Core HR Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 48 692 747 729) to your nominated billing contact.

Standard terms: 14-day payment terms for packages. Add-On services are payable upfront before work begins, as set out in your CSA.

Monthly package invoices

Packages are billed monthly in advance via Square and emailed directly to your billing contact.

  • Invoice issued via Square with secure payment link.
  • Payment due within 14 days of issue date.
  • Packages cover hours & inclusions in your CSA.
  • Extra work beyond package hours may be quoted as an Add-On.

Add-On services & extras

Add-On services (investigations, HR projects, training, custom policies, extra advisory hours) are invoiced separately.

  • Add-Ons are payable upfront before work begins.
  • Most Add-Ons are non-refundable as set out in the CSA.
  • A written scope and fee is confirmed before you approve the work.

Admin · Billing contact updates

Update billing contact & details

Notify Core HR if your organisation changes billing emails, finance contacts, ABN or legal entity details so invoices are issued correctly and on time.

  • Update billing contact name & email.
  • Advise new ABN or legal entity.
  • Let us know if purchase orders are required.

Square accepted payments

Square supports secure online payment methods, including:

  • Visa / Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay (where enabled)
  • Secure online checkout via Square

Invoices · PDF downloads

How to download invoices

You can download a PDF copy of any invoice directly from the Square email:

  • Open the Square invoice email.
  • Click “View invoice”.
  • Select “Download PDF”.
  • Save or forward to your finance team.
