Terms, Policies & Use of this Portal
This page summarises the key terms that apply when you use the Core HR Client Portal. It does not replace your signed Client Service Agreement (CSA). If there is any inconsistency, the CSA always prevails.
Your Client Service Agreement
Your Client Service Agreement (CSA) sets out the formal terms for your HR support package, Add-On services, fees, payment terms and responsibilities. This portal summarises key points from your CSA.
If anything on this portal appears inconsistent with your CSA, the CSA will apply. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Using this client portal
Portal access is provided for authorised representatives of your organisation only. Login details should not be shared outside your organisation or with any unauthorised person.
- Use the portal for HR-related matters connected to your organisation.
- Do not upload or share information that you are not authorised to disclose.
- Please avoid entering participant names in text fields – use document uploads instead.
Scope of HR advice
Core HR Solutions provides HR, workplace and NDIS workforce–related guidance. We do not provide legal, financial or tax advice and we are not a law firm.
You remain responsible for seeking independent legal or financial advice where required (for example on litigation, enterprise bargaining or complex award interpretation beyond our agreed scope).
Confidentiality & data security
Core HR Solutions will treat information you share with us as confidential and will handle it in line with our confidentiality and privacy commitments in the CSA.
- We use secure cloud-based tools to manage information and documents.
- Reasonable steps are taken to protect data; however, no system is completely risk-free.
- The CSA includes important limitations on liability for events outside our control (for example third-party platform issues or email interception).
Billing, payments & Add-On services
Billing arrangements for your package and Add-On services are set out in your CSA and summarised on the Billing & Invoices page of this portal.
- Standard payment terms are 14 days for package invoices.
- Add-On services are quoted separately and are generally payable upfront.
- Access to this portal is linked to your active package and payment status.
Urgent or high-risk matters
This portal is not monitored 24/7 and should not be used as the only way to raise serious or urgent issues.
- For serious safety risks, serious misconduct or high-risk employee issues, please contact your HR Advisor directly by phone as well as submitting a request.
- In an emergency, follow your organisation’s emergency procedures and contact relevant emergency services.
Updates to terms & portal content
From time to time Core HR Solutions may update this portal, our templates and supporting information to reflect changes in HR best practice, NDIS requirements or our service model.
Where changes materially affect your CSA, we will communicate these with you and provide updated documentation. The most current portal content will always be available here.
