Day-to-day HR support
Use Starter support for everyday HR queries – performance conversations, conduct guidance, contract questions, basic letters and general HR advice for managers.
If a matter becomes high-risk or requires a formal process (e.g. serious misconduct or investigation), we’ll advise you on the best next step and whether a scoped add-on is required.
